I’ve been a loyal customer of Island Chevrolet for years, and go back decades with their award-winning salesperson, Bill McDermott, who has made each and every one of our purchases or leases a very pleasant experience.

Oil change and filter replacement package is 99.99 plus had a coupon of 20% on top of it. Needed a coolant refill. Bill came out to $280 after discount which is insanely ridiculous. Pete helped reducing it to $195. Which is still very high for an oil change which was listed separately, also labor price is insanely ridiculous. For 20 min oil change and coolant change, labor was charged over $150 separate. Discounting helped but not satisfied enough. Went in for the impression of getting things done under $100. Which is whats written on website & also called ahead of time with an appointment asking for price in advance. Didnt like the huge surprise

My sales agent and his team were very helpful to assist me with staying within my targeted budget. I am pleased with the vehicle I selected to leave with, off the showroom floor. It is a very aesthetically, desirable SUV.

Had to wait 3 hours for oil change with an appointment. Returned home after and notice oil stain on driveway, returned back to island Chevrolet they said it could have been runoff from oil change. Also, told them brake pedal inside vehicle was squeaking, they advised everything was fine brake pedal is still squeaking.

I didn’t have appointment but I had some errors coming up my trax wasn’t running like normal so when I got to the service department they took my trax right in I waited for it
